Com es pot deduir del "sutil" títol, aquest cap de setmana vaig anar a sopar al restaurant Rústico, tot sortint del Teatreneu on feien una sessió de monòlegs molt recomanable (amants de les rialles preneu nota). Doncs bé, no puc dir gran cosa del lloc perquè no em va entusiasmar gaire. Els primers plats són bons i es basen en amanides generoses però que et deixen lloc encara per seguir amb un segon. En aquests és on hi havia el problema. En comparació amb la resta de la carta els preus eren exagerats! El més barat era de 12 euros! I que voleu que us digui, per ser un petit local, amb res a destacar respecte un tradicional restaurant, aquests preus no eren coherents. Tot aquest neguit creat per la pàgina dels segons plats de la carta em va quedar molt clar quan vaig veure els amos del local. Són uns quants i tots són argentins. Fins aquí cap problema. La meva irritació ve quan me'n adono que es preocupen més de mirar-se al mirall per veure si se'ls hi ha mogut un cabell del cap que per la gent que està esperant sopar. Es pot ser presumit ok, però d'aqui a no parar de mirar-se i parlar amb els clients respirant aires de prepotència és una altra cosa.
Destacar també del local que a part de sopar es pot prendre una copeta. El lloc és petit i acollidor (tot i tenir unes cadires trenca-esquenes). Tot i així, podria recomanar aquest lloc pels plats bons que té i la calidesa del local, però m'hi nego per principis propis. La prepotència és algu que no puc suportar. Abans d'entrar al Rústico feu una volta de 180 graus i entreu al restaurant del Teatreneu. És un lloc que val la pena i que comentaré en un altre escrit, així que us deixo amb la intriga.
